Here is a real estate market snapshot for the month of October 2019 in Broward County Florida. Values are continuing a gently rise with a 2% increase in the median sales price from October of last year. The most striking statistic in this month's report is the 9.3% decrease in available listings for single family homes. The inventory of available condos also decreased 3.0%. The number of condos that sold in October is down 12.8% from the prior year but median sales prices increased by 7.0%. Interest rates have been stable with little to no change from last month.
