Pricing Expertise

Since 2008 many of the countries largest lenders have been paying me for my Broker Price Opinions. They like to keep track of the collateral on their mortgages. I have done thousands of price opinions for them over the years, because of my accuracy.

Cancellation Guarantee

My typical listing agreement runs six months, but under some circumstance I can accept a shorter term. I can promise that if we ever decide that we aren't a good fit I will cancel the agreement.  That is unlikely to happen though. I have many happy customers.
