Here is a market snapshot for Broward County real estate during Sept 2019. Hurricane Dorian swept through the area the first week of Sept and disrupted sales a bit. Still, closed sale were up 7.6% over the prior year for single family homes and 14.8% for condos.

Inventory for single family homes was down 4.9% was mostly unchanged for condos.

Interest rates had small increases in Sept over the prior month of Aug. Overall the market remains healthy and balanced.
