Real estate has been ruled an essential business. It isn't business as usual but it is possible to buy, sell or rent at this time as long as we follow CDC Guidelines. In addition our office has put together protocols to keep everyone safe.
There are challenges and unless you are in immediate need of finding or selling a home, I suggest you wait a little longer. Real estate offices are closed to the public and we are encouraged to do as much business as possible in a virtual manner. Meaning not face to face. I am available if you need me.
