This week's issue is focused mostly on condos. Inventory for single family homes is very tight and there are few choices if you are in the market to buy. When it comes to condos the situation is less competitive. I included a guide to purchasing a South Florida condo from my blog and a tour of the Palm Aire Country Club from my YouTube channel.
