Here is a quick market update for December 2018 in Broward County.
I don't pay much attention to the month to month changes in the median sales prices. They always tend to fluctuate quite a bit. Inventory of active listings is growing. We are approaching the selling season and that will probably continue. The months supply of inventory is an important number to watch. A six month supply is considered a balanced market. Less than that is a sellers market and more than six months supply is considered a buyers market.
