Unit sales in Silver Thatch Atlantic Plaza have been lower the first three months of 2016 compared to the same period in 2015. Two factors are slowing price appreciation at the moment. Those factors are an increase in the number of listings and weak foreign currencies. Most notably the Canadian dollar. As of the beginning of April there are 10 units for sale in Silver Thatch Atlantic Plaza. At the current sales rate there is 10 months worth of inventory.
During the first quarter of 2016 there was one sale. During the same time the prior year there were three sales. A two bedroom unit on the 17th floor of the North Tower sold for $300,000.
The average days on market so far this year is 128.
