The market Snapshot is out for Oct 2024. Sales volume for single family homes is up slightly from a year ago but down significantly for condos. Average prices for condos is up slightly from last year. That isn’t the whole story. Older condos that will be most affected by the new laws regarding inspections and reserves are declining. Condos now have 9.2 months of inventory which means it is now a buyers market.
