The market stats for March 2023 are out and they are much like other recent reports. We are still seeing year over year median sales price increases even though sales volume is down significantly. I thought we would see more inventory come on the market which is normal for this time of year. Sellers are continuing to stay on the sidelines. More condo inventory has been coming on the market relative to single family homes.
