The numbers for June are in. It is a continuation of the hot market we have been seeing for about a year. The median sales price for a single family home in Broward County just hit an all time high of $498,203. Inventory is still extremely low and homes are selling faster than ever. Average days of the market shrank 75% to just 11 days. See all the stats in the graphic below.
