The Market Snapshot is out for January 2024. Values are still trending slightly higher in Broward County. Inventory is up slightly for single family homes and way up for condos over this time last year. The number of active condo listings is up 100% from January 2023 and we now have a six months supply of condos. That means we are in a balanced market for condos. Neither the buyer or the seller has the upper hand. I noticed a lot of increases in Condo fees at the beginning of the year, thanks mostly to increased insurance costs.
