The Broward County Market Snapshot for Feb 2024 is out. The statistic that stands out to me is Condo inventory. It is up 112% over last year and the Month's Supply of Inventory in now 7.8 months. That means we are crossing over into a buyer's market for condos. At the beginning of the years everybody's condo fees went up and some of them were substantial increases. Despite these fee increases median sale prices are up 6.6% from last February.
