on Dec 15th my listing at 4015 W. McNab Rd Apt 303D was sold. The 3 bedroom unit in Windward Lakes was a tenant occupied investment property. It had been listed for $143,500 and closed for $139,000. Occupied investment properties tend to take longer to sell because showing the unit can be a challenge. Still it was on the market for only 68 before it was sold in an all cash deal.
The unit has rental income of $1500 a month. Windward Lakes in Pompano Beach has few rental restrictions and units tend to rent very quickly making it an attractive complex to invest in.
