On Oct 2 my listing at 3151 S Palm Aire Dr Apt 210, Pompano Beach closed. Demand for condos has been down lately and they are taking longer to sell. This unit located in Palm Aire Country Club is in good condition with updates from about 10 years ago including impact windows. It closed in an all cash deal after 63 days on the market to a foreign buyer. The current asking price was $269,000 and it sold for $259,000.
