On Mar 14, 2022 my listing at 2817 N Course Dr # 103 closed. I helped the owner purchase this property in 2010 as a foreclosure for only $45,600. Some work went into the bathroom and the floors over the years. I was tenant occupied the entire time. It just sold for $225,000 to another investor that owns a majority share of the units in Breezes at Palm Aire.
