On Monday June 20th my listing at 111 Gardens Dr. Apt 202 closed and is now sold. It was purchased via auction.com for $96,018 including the buyers auction premium. It was a cash sale. The property was a bank owned foreclosure. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath and is 1090 square feet.
The unit was in mostly original condition and the bank got a very god price for it. The new owner paid cash for it and its intended use is unknown.
