On Oct 15 my listing at 100 Golden Isle Dr, PH8 in Hallandale Beach was sold to new owners. I represented the seller for our 4th transaction together. I helped them purchase this unit in Lake Point Tower in Hallandale Beach back in 2021. They did a fantastic job renovating the this penthouse unit over the course of 2 years. This was a vacation residence for them and they decided it was time to find a bigger place further north away from the congestion of South Florida.
A challenge we ran into when we started to market the property was the condo association just approved a significant assessment for new impact windows for every unit along with some other exterior improvements. In the end we got a cash deal done at $450,000 with some closing cost concessions. Lake Point Tower is a great place to live for boaters. Docks can be rented from the association for only $8/foot per month. Maximum boat length is 55 feet.
