Lighthouse Point is a small community of approximately 12,000 people nestled between Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach and bordered to the east by the Intracoastal Waterway and to the west by Federal Highway. Lighthouse Point is a great place to live for boating enthusiasts. Its know for its canals and multitude of waterfront homes with easy access to the ocean for boaters via the Hillsboro inlet. In fact it is named after the lighthouse that stands at the mouth of Hillsboro Inlet. There are plenty of choice homes with no fixed bridge access to the ocean. You can dock your boat behind your home or at a slip at the Lighthouse Point Marina.
