North Leisure Gardens | Pompano Beach

Leisure Gardens is located at 1461 S Ocean Blvd in Pompano Beach, FL. It is a three story Co-op built in 1967 that has 90 units and overlooks a canal connected to the Intracoastal Waterway. It has a pool located in the courtyard and a limited number of dock spaces available for owners on a first come first serve basis. Boat length is limited to 26 feet. Pets are not allowed and leasing is allowed after one year of ownership.
