I just sold a corner unit on the penthouse floor of building 104 in Palm Aire Country Club. The inventory of available homes is as low as I have ever seen it. But I was still able to get a decent deal for my buyer client. The unit was owned by the original owner. and it is in need of a complete remodel. You can't go wrong with the corner unit on the top floor. By the time the remodel is complete they should have a nice chuck of equity in it.
