Pricing and Valuations
Even in a market that has begun to favor the seller, proper pricing is still very important. I consider myself to be an expert at home valuations. I have taken the required course work for property appraising and passed the state appraisal exam. I am not a licensed appraiser, but I have a thorough knowledge of the principles of appraising. I have marketed foreclosures for the nations largest banks. In order to get that business I first had to prove myself by performing price opinions on their distressed properties. My accuracy was measured after doing hundreds of them before they would give me there business. From there on I continued to be graded on my accuracy and performance. Fewer foreclosures are coming to market now, but I continue to be a preferred agent for Bank of America and Chase.

I always think and act with my clients best interests in mind, not my own. I want repeat customers, not just a quick deal. After seven years in an incredibly tough market, I know how to negotiate the best price and terms for my clients.
