I just updated the What Sold in Cypress Bend section of my website. There were 14 condo sales in the Cypress Bend community of Pompano Beach, FL during March 2011. The prices ranged from $43,105 to $149,000. The trend of mostly cash sales continues. 13 of the 14 sales sold for cash.
