I leveraged my prior sales and marketing expertise and managed to not just survive, but thrive during a difficult time. Most of my business comes from customer referrals because I look out for my customer's best interests before my own. Completing a real estate transaction is complicated. It is much more than just finding a buyer. Too many inexperienced agents focus on the commission they will make. In the end they don’t last. I believe in getting the job done right and doing what it takes to keep a deal together and getting it closed.
